I have read many books but there are 2 in addition to the Bible that I read every year: The Winning Attitude by John C. Maxwell and Gods and Kings by Lynn Austin. Gods and Kings begins with the reign of King Ahaz and goes through the starting reign of his son Hezakiah. The biblical history and scripture woven in this fictional story is fantastically done. It is the first of 5 books in The Chronicles of the Kings.
